My labrador has been quite poorly over the years and I have never had a problem with a single claim.Lovely people to talk to over the phone, extremely helpful. You just can't beat the cover that your pet receives. The cost is very good, they are all about the animals and not like most other companies who do massive premium jumps each year. I Love them and have never had to worry about the cost of keeping my dog well.
