KC insurance made a worrying time much less stressful, call centre was friendly, they handled the claim directly with the referral vet and paid out with no issues. Despite the significant amount claimed on the policy, this year's premium has gone up only very slightly, a very pleasant surprise. I was prepared for it to rocket. Would reccomend
