We have had kennel club pet insurance since we bought our dog at eight weeks, and at 18 months we found she had severe kidney problems. We have found the insurer to be very quick in claim payments and in fact they pay part of the cost of her prescription diet. The telephone staff have always been helpful and knowledgable.
