Enquiring about illness cover for owner including hospitalisation. Local boarding for dog had very limited cover £5 per night instead of much larger kennel bill. Falsely told first three days would be disallowed. This corrected by subsequent phone call. No cover after hospital discharge although walking by owner forbidden by consultant.
