Unfortunately Cobi has had a lot of health issues, most recently having a cancerous tumour removed. I have been with the Kennel Club since we got him as a pup, and the first time we had to make a claim, we found the process to be smooth and the all communications made us feel like they cared as much as we did for his health. From then on we had peace of mind whenever we were going through another surgery that there would be no issues with making a claim, and we totally forgot about that aspect as our vet dealt directly with all of the initial paperwork. It just allows us to focus on him and his health and not have to worry about the bills.
