My dog has been with Kennel Club since she was born due to having 1 kidney. They have always been very prompt at finalising my claims with speedy payment. Up until nothing has been questioned. My dog has had quite a few problems over the years too. The only negative is the expense and I really don’t think insurance for pets should be based on where you live. By moving 10 minutes away my premiums were hiked up nearly £22 per month!
