As a new dog owner, there was much anxiety over the potential cost of vet bills to ensure the health of my puppy. Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances in the first month of having her the puppy consumed foodstuffs that could potentially have caused long-term damage to her kidneys on two separate occasions. Treatment involved a 4-day stay at the vets surgery and I did not want o even think about what this was going to cost. However, the claim settlement was sorted out between the vet surgery and the Kennel Club. There was no protracted dialogue or evidence required to substantiate the claims - they were just paid. This gives me assurance for the future and peace of mind that I have this safety net to support the health of my dog.
