Having been with another well known insurance company I switched to Agria after the previous company being so rude on the phone after asking about a query. I was impressed with the people at Agria as they were helpful and understood the needs of my dogs. They were also cheaper for the same amount of cover which in today's market you have to consider. I have not had to make a claim but I am sure if I did I would receive helpful, pleasing service.
