We have a rather accident prone pup and have had cause to claim a number of times on our insurance. Every time, the Kennel Club have been swift to settle our claims and their communication is superb - I like the text to say that they have received your claim! Almost always, the claim has been settled in a couple of weeks. On top of that, our premium hasn’t really risen significantly, despite our claims. They are a little more expensive than other companies but definitely worth it.
