Very bad service.Trying to get answers about your claim was a long process.Trying to get a printed letter with the correct wording about your pets condition took 3 phone calls,did not want a email.but that is what I got.Still waiting for the letter.Have now cancelled my policy. I would not recommend them to anyone.
