We have 2 Beardies insured with KC. After many years of not having to claim, we are in the unenviable position of requiring ongoing monitoring & treatment for Jaspers heart. Claims are processed quickly by KC once vets have sent through forms.

The only criticism is the hassle of having to fill forms for EVERY visit/medication to do with this condition, which we will now be doing for rest of his life, rather than grouping it under one claim reference in annual policy. This does serve to delay the process whilst waiting for vets to do their bit.
