I to be found the staff to be helpful and clearly explained the various types of cover that would be suitable for my dog. The special offer I received for the first year was was very good and a friend who has the same level of insurance cover helped me decide that kennel club insurance is worth having. I have not had to make a claim yet but it is reassuring that my labrador is well protected.
