I bought a puppy with a problem, though I did not know it at the time, and insured her from day one. When she had to be hospitalised twice for pancreatitus, the insurance paid most of the bill and took a huge worry from off my shoulders when I was so concerned about the ongoing health of my pet. They are always considerate and helpful and the response is quick, they do not leave me hanging around. There are also helpful magazines full of tips, a voucher for her annual jabs to help offset the cost and a helpline I can access for advice. I am very impressed with the service received and would highly recommend the insurance.
