I cannot fault the customer service . They settle claims quickly and efficiently. Also directly from vet. The only downside is the monthly premiums which are expensive and go up considerably every year. The excess is very high so quite often there’s no point making a claim. You definitely get what you pay for but I doubt I’ll be able to afford the insurance in a couple more years. Then we’ll be in trouble.
