I have two of my dogs (out of 4) insured via Agria. They are excellent value, whenever I contact customer services they are polite, supportive and interested! My claim was paid direct to my vets so was a very simple process for me. Only thing to be mindful of is that there is a variable excess for some policies, but even with this, they have been better value than my existing insurance company so far.
