I have used this insurance company since I purchased my puppy. Unfortunately, he was born with a heart condition and has had a number of problems since.
The insurers have not once quibbles over any claims and have paid me compensation fully. It does take some time for the refund to be paid and the cost of the insurance is expensive, but it is worth it for the peace of mind.
