I have been with this insurance company now since I got my fur baby at 8 weeks old. Yes the monthly fee can be high compared to other companies but I think thats is because my dog has brain disease and the care he has received being with this company has been of the highest standard. I do think you get what you pay for with this company. The monthly fee I pay covers everything and the claims when I have had to make one if my dog has had to be hospitalised has always gone through easily with no problems and anytime I have spoken to customer service I have always spoken to someone really friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
