Made one claim with no problem for xrays for an elbow issue. Subsequent claims will now be made. Agria don't anticipate any problems with my dogs lifetime cover which renews annually which is good as this issue will affect my girl for the rest of her life. Paid my excess and vet claimed direct for their part. Great customer service on the phone and not once felt like I was a problem to them . Recommended, competitive pricing and good cover.
