Our main claim related to the death of a previous dog. We were asked if we had another insurance e.g. household to claim off first. Surely that should be asked at the time of taking out insurance not when you are traumatised by your pets death. Having said that claim was settled promptly. Also some concerns about cost of insuring an older dog who has never had any previous claims.
