The Kennel Club insurance has been great, especially as one of our dogs has had lots of allergy related issues/infections requiring treatment, MRI scans etc. The claims process is very straightforward and payment is made in good time. Only issue is the amount premiums have gone up this year. Appreciate have made claims for one of our dogs but both policies have gone up by a fair amount, especially as also pay excess on any claim. Would be good to see lower premiums for loyal customers.
