I chose Agri not on price but because of the high level of cover offered and the continuous cover benefits. I have never made a claim so cannot score the claim process but your form does not have an option for this so I ticked the first box. What I find unacceptable is the yearly inflation busting premium increases (circa 17% p/a) and as I want the continuous cover I feel that customers are being taken advantage of. My thoughts are by all means increase premiums by inflation or at the policy outset inform customers that premiums will raise by 5% P/A but the trend is closer to 20% and may force otherwise loyal customers to shop around.
