Poor customer service,
My vets had a hard time getting paid out for a claim. Petplan lost their request repeatedly and have expensive tel no. call which was always too busy. Now my vets want paying in full and Customer to claim back unsurprisingly. Which when is a larg bill not always possible to find the money which is why you have insurance.
