So many poor reviews for this so felt compelled to share my experience.
Note: insurance is actually through RSA who seem to do lots of the supermarket banks insurance.
After trawling through a few pages online, i found the Tesco claim form to review.
Both of my dogs have been insured through Tesco since they were puppies.
At the post op meeting with the vet, i handed over the forms for the insurance with my part completed, paid the full amount and left the forms with the vet to complete. This was done and within 2 weeks I had payment less the excess straight into my account. Bit scared about what this will do to next years premium but worry about that when it happens.
