Absolutely shocking. Avoid like the plague!!!

After being with them for over 10 years with for the majority of that time 2 dogs (so over £5000 paid in premiums), I received a letter today advising me that because my dogs condition was initially diagnosed over a year ago, they could not cover my claim.
