I insured my cat after I found out he had a heart murmur. Recently my cat became unwell and he had a lot of tests including a cardiac scan costing over £600 and he was found to have a lesion on his aorta. He passed away a few days later and I put in a claim. They would not pay as he had a heart murmur. The lesion on his aorta is a infection and has nothing to do with the heart murmur but they refuse to pay out on his claim. Stay away from this insurance company they will just take your money.
