I have held a policy with Tesco pet insurance for years now..and its like everthing else...you find out how good these policies are when you to come to claim!! Because I have made a recent claim...for our beloved dog...they have doubled the cost from £71,99 to £140!!! per month!! So they have priced us out of the policy and can no longer afford the policy as I cant work due to a disability..so if anything now happens to our dog...I will have to have him put to sleep as cant afford any more heart medications for him. Is this what pet insurance is all about??? SHAME ON YOU TESCO!!!!!

Same here. When our dog was young fit and well it started off at £15.00 per month, then it went by degrees to £45.00 , then she became ill then it was £83.47, now because she has cushings disease it has jumped to an incredible £127.92. They only want your money when you do not claim and as they become older with illnesses they charge extortionate prices. They do not want older animals and price a lot of people like ourselves out of our price range. So disappointed and outraged that they take your money when no claims are made. Like you SHAME on you TESCO.
