Have been with M&S for many years and not had a problem until recently.

My insurance has now went from £70+ a month to £125 a month!! When questioned I was told because I made a claim and also my dogs age but I pointed out that it was now all under control with medication - no major surgery or scans etc were needed to be carried out. Not interested!!!

I asked how would they expect an OAP to make these payments and particularly if the dog/cat/animal was the only company the person had - again - NOT INTERESTED!!!!!

Time these companies were investigated for their ridiculous costs and the amount of profit they are making from their customers.

Never ever ever again with M & S.
