After 12 years of monthy premiums when i actually came to have to make a claim for our dogs brain tumour the variety of deductions, excesses and minimum claim limits resulted in a payment of the equivalent of 4 months premiums. I was told that the death benefit of £400 covered Euthinasia costs only not cremation. I can't imagine whata £400 euhthinasia service would look like.
I would be amazed if you couldn't find a better policy and service elsewhere.
