Awful company


I have made 3 complaints now to this company about a claim and have not had any acknowledgement for any of them. They are now in breach of FCA complaint regulations. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend

We can see you emailed your initial complaint on the 1st April to which we responded on the 4th April explaining that in line with our complaints procedure, your complaint will be thoroughly reviewed and responded to within the timescales advised to you. We always take customer complaints very seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly and promptly as possible as we appreciate these situations can cause frustration and stress which we do not want for any of our customers.
