This company are happy to take your premiums, but when it comes to a straightforward claim, they are not happy to pay out. They have the information from vets regarding condition and treatment. But, No that's not enough they want you personally to supply every condition, vet, illness, treatment, injury or procedure yourself. So if you are to take out their insurance make sure you keep a very detailed log of anything you have ever been to your vets with. My vets have forwarded the required information, but remarkably does not satisfy the claim brief. I have lost hope of getting back £200, so I pity anyone who has a large claim. What I have spent in premiums over the last 2 years would more than covered this cost. Hasten to say, I will be cancelling my premiums for my cat and my dog.
