I found the lady who I dealt with really helpful and have had great service. The only downside is I have another dog a Boxer and your company does not cover those for some reason nobody seems to be able to tell me why so where I would have like to have both dogs covered under 1 insurance company I have had to go elsewhere which is a real shame and is loosing custom for Lifetime
