I was given two £50 vouchers to claim back my puppies vaccination bills, i sent them back 3+weeks ago, heard nothing. I have had to call up Agria 3 times, where I spoke to Lilly and Jeff, who confirmed the vouchers had been received, but no sign of the cash back. Jeff promised he would call me back, but I am still waiting.
Will probably cancel policy due to poor service.
