Pet insurance held for 5 years- never claimed he developed a small infection in the skin between his eye and mouth turned out he bit a stick AS DOGS DO FUNNILY ENOUGH!!!!!!! and a bit of the wood got stuck in a back tooth which caused the infection not in his tooth but in the skin above on his face they refused to cover the £200 cost to get it treated and stitched up as in their words " He shouldn't have been biting a stick" What the hell do you think dogs do when the go for a walk!!!!! Dont bother- regardless of exaggerated hiking of prices the company are a joke and have no real reasons for the decisions they make on claims
