They were happy to ensure a much older dog and when the breed didn't show up on their list, the customer service advisor I spoke to referred the matter to another department and rang back the next day to confirm this had been rectified and she was able to provide a quote. I've rung on two occasions and each time the staff have been friendly, well informed, polite and courteous.
