I wold like to say what outstanding service we have had from Tesco Pet insurance.
Our Brittany spaniel, Poppy, was insured with Tesco from the age of 11. Towards the end of her life, Tesco were very kind and reassuring to deal with. Claims were processed efficiently and when we finally had to have Poppy put to sleep, they are one of the few companies who helped towards her final costs. Everybody I dealt with was excellent, even when I was audibly distressed at having lost her, the person I spoke to "Rhian" could not have been kinder. I did not realise that Tesco also cover pet bereavement counselling and which I will use when I feel a bit stronger. We even had a letter after Poppy had died offering condolences and it is small gestures like these which make them stand apart from the rest. I just wish we had gone to Teco first. Thanks to all concerned for being such a pleasure to deal with, for a first class service and for making such a distressing time so much easier to bear. Keep up the good work, other insurance companies could learn a lot from you!
