I have a Petplan Classic policy for my Jack Russell terrier and when I made a claim for help with teeth extractions, by my vet, the company gave a sizeable contribution towards the bill. At first the claim was denied, but I wrote to the company setting out exactly what happened and the decision was over turned and a payment made. I am very happy with Petplan and would recommend them to a pet owner.
