Very disappointed! It’s seems they are happy to take your money but when you need them to pay out, they play awkward, and then refuse. I waited 6 weeks, then I rang and was told there was no problem and they would chase this up. Next thing - claim denied!!
I won’t be recommending to anyone and definitely won’t be staying with them. When your dog gets old you pay more and more to these companies and get nothing back when needed.
