Appalling service. My claim was forgotten for 3 months, then by the time thy looked into my claim they couldn’t contact the breeder because of a phone number change in that period. They also passed me onto a fraud investigation and used to hang up on me “accidentally” when I pushed for answers(I have always only ever been polite). Cancelled policy after refusing to help at all!!
