Extremely slow to pay and passed chasing a previous Vet with a previous owner for information back to me. They are useless on the phone and showed no sympathy even though the dog which had treatment is my mother in laws who passed away.

If the payment is not resolved shortly I will be in contact with the Ombudsman. The service is a disgrace and I will be stopping all current and future business with Tesco.
