My dog had a leg issue and animal friends claim that his condition started before the first 14 days of the policy, which it didn't! This has meant that they have excluded all cover on anything to do with his legs in the future!! They have also made every excuse not to pay out. Absolutely ridiculous company!!! Hoping to get some sort of refund on my annual payment to help pay the vets fees!
