Very pleased with whole process, had not heard of Lifetime and found them on a comparison website. Policy appears transparent and straightforward and excellent customer service in the purchase and follow up: no invasive and irritating phone calls! Of course we are hoping that we won have to claim, but it's good to know that we are covered.
