Renewed last year and checked the changes made in blue as instructed. Shocked to find out they changed my excess (that wasn't in blue) had to pay £1400 vet bills. Worst ever insurance company I've dealt with. Following up with the FOS and CMA.

Highly sought the excess was £1400! The excess on most pet insurance is subject to change at the renew same as the premiums.
