Very straightforward to apply; had a couple of questions so called in to speak to an actual person & had a very pleasant chat with CS agent who really knew her stuff & genuinely seemed to care. Untested further as only just started the policy but experience so far gives me great confidence that all will be handled professionally & promptly should we ever need to claim
