I had my dog insured with this company, first time to claim and I got a paltry £600 from the £2000 vets bill. Unfortunately my dog didn't make it and I wasn't in the right frame of mind to dispute it. It's like they take advantage of the vulnerable at a time in need. All they were concerned with was why my now deceased dog had been muzzled at the vet 4 years previously. Absolutely terrible keep away from them. If I ever have another dog I won't be paying for insurance, I'll open a savings account and keep that should I need it.
