Our elderly springer recently passed away from a neurological problem, although thankfully it was relatively quick and painless.

We were shocked to discover, after deductions and exclusions, our final bill of £400 was settled for just £37. What an insult.

Did you read your policy documents. Excess and limitations to cover are detailed in there. If you don’t agree with the cover, why take the policy out?
