I thought the whole point of insurance is that you get paid back on your claim. I have been waiting 4 weeks now because they are 'busy' I can't see any other businesses surviving that excuse. Mine is up for renewal, I will deffo be going elsewhere, petplan, my other insurer has paid out within days, should have stuck with them. Steer clear!
