I must have spent just as much money on their 0330 telephone system, waiting to be put through, as the Insurance premium, with still no success with a claim.

0330 are not premium numbers just non geographical so do not cost any more than calling a normal home or business number and if you have an inclusive calling plan this would apply to 0330.
