my mom died dec 5th 2017 she had been paying by direct debit at this heartbreaking time can not get through to them you carnt get the payment account closed could you please take direct debit from me or my farther whos ill as its just cost hundreds of pounds for the dog not a horse as they put sent 25 pound to my mom dont know why all gas light phone carnt make things easier when your wanting to pay them money keep direct payment up been hell
