I joined 4 years ago with a Teacup long hair Chihuahua taking out for life cover. Unfortunately in first year dog diagnosed with liver condition which will be on going for life. Year 2 renewal went up by circa 45%. Year 3 up by 56%, year 4 up by 66% so now nearly a thousand pounds a year and my little dog is only 4. TOTAL RIP OFF wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and need people to pass on this advice to all pet owners DO NOT TAKE OUT PET INSURANCE WITH MORE THAN! I'm stuck now because if I move to a different company the one and only condition my dogs ever been treated for wouldn't be covered. The government needs to get pet insurance companies regulated because it seems they can charge what they like and apply obscene increases year on year.
