I have claimed twice in the last few months for my pups ears, they are no hassle at all and pay out very very quick. I have spoken to them on the phone to get my insurance form and they were really lovely. But i haven't had to speak with them again as they get in touch by letter saying money will be in the bank in 3-5 days and that's it. Excellent no hassle or fuss whatsoever. Definitely 5 stars!
